Adela is working as independent trainer and workshop facilitator, helping master, PhD students and junior postdoc to face the job market.
With a wide international background, she has face herself the job market in different countries, in academic environment and also to jump into industry. Her PhD in Cell Biology and Genetics and her analysis of the job market gave her specific knowledge of the potential that natural scientist can have as job hunter at first and as professionals in different fields. Her aim is to help them to be solid candidates, filtering job offers and analyzing competences and motivations. She has special interest on improving and developing graduates and post-graduates’ programs to help and accompanying students and junior researchers to improve their skills and their knowledge about their job options.
