Agile Transition and Change Processes
Dörte is working as an independent consultant, facilitator and coach, focusing on helping companies with change processes and team development.
She is an active member of the agile community in Germany, bridging the worlds of big companies, agile methodologies and improvisation theatre. She was in a leading role in a large telecommunications company for several years, driving the transition towards agile on multiple levels. Apart from setting up agile teams for product development, she also was one of the driving factors for adopting agile methodologies on a management level.
She went a long way from graduating in mathematics to playing improvisation theatre and performing regularly on stage.
