Tania is working as an independent consultant, with two main areas of action: R&D consultancy and training.
She has been working in pharmacological research and teaching for more than 12 years in academia. Holding a PhD in Pharmacology, she can effectively support and counsel in writing medical and technical documents. Her expertise as researcher provides a strong background in preparing successful applications for funding both at European level and within the Spanish and German National Calls.
Regarding soft skills, she displays long expertise as teacher and mentor at both graduate and postgraduate level in academia. She has participated in different workshops for career development targeting PhD students as well as in different international mentoring programmes. She has theatrical formation which helps her train others to engage the audience, specially when communicating science to non-specialized audience
