European Environmental Project Management
Natalia is working as an independent consultant, with two main areas of action: soft skills and environment.
In the area of soft skills she has long experience as mentor, coach and trainer. She was Marie Curie Fellow and researcher during 8 years. Her experience in project management and presentation is available for the people working with her.
She likes to teach and use the constructive communication principle and to push forward the strengths in each person. Her PhD in geology allows her to understand relationships and her analytic know-how supports the coaching and mentoring situations.
