This workshop offers tips and advices to read a job offer efficiently, to identify profiles and at the same time analyze what the market is demanding. With a didactic method, the attendees will have on a single view what the recruiter is looking for. This helps them to filter different job offers quickly in order to find positions which suit to them.
At the end, the attendees will also have tools to write an efficient CV and focus the cover letter considering the so-called keywords and the recruitment system.
